Who I Am
He had an 18-year banking career which saw him work for First Bank of Plc, Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, in various capacities and BGL Asset Management Ltd where he was the Managing Director until he resigned to take up his coaching practice on a full-time basis.
Wole is the Lead coach & Trainer at Pronoia Resources Limited, a coaching outfit that helps people get the best out of themselves. He is also the MD/CEO of Trusoft Limited, a software solutions company that is fully engaged in fintech and bespoke software solutions.
He also runs The Exquisite Marriage Company in partnership with his wife Ololade and their vision is to make marriages work. He is fully involved in men’s ministry and has a platform called The Men’s Refinery where he equips and helps men in fulfilling their greater purpose in life.
He is married to Ololade and their union is blessed with two children.
