Known for his ability to integrate divine wisdom with practical strategies, he helps leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations unlock their full potential while building lasting impact.
With a strong background in leadership development, higher wisdom, and global consulting, Wole has worked with executives, churches, and organizations to bring about transformation, growth, and kingdom excellence. His approach blends the wisdom of grace with practical systems for sustainable success.
As the Lead Pastor of GraceLife Church Global, headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, Wole Olusola is dedicated to guiding believers in understanding and embodying the grace of God. His remarkable journey into ministry is marked by a significant transition from a successful 18-year career in banking, where he held leadership positions at First Bank, Guaranty Trust Bank, and BGL Asset Management. Now, he partners with God to pastor and transform lives through life transformation coaching, therapy, and consultancy.
His personal transformation story is equally compelling. After a near-death experience, he committed his life to Christ and has since dedicated himself to helping others discover their purpose and navigate life’s challenges through his roles as a pastor, coach, therapist, author and speaker. He is also the President of the Gracelife Discipleship Program which is focused on raising disciples for the body of Christ and Gracelife Marketplace Program which equips disciples for the marketplace.
Wole is certified in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which allow him to offer a practical, mindset-focused approach in his life transformation coaching and ministry work. He co-leads The Exquisite Marriage Company with his wife, Ololade, focusing on strengthening marriages and family values.

He emphasizes transformation, grace, and empowerment, making him a mentor who can guide you through both personal and professional growth. He is fully involved in men’s ministry and has a platform called The Men’s Refinery where he equips and helps men in fulfilling their greater purpose in life.
Wole is married to Ololade and their union is blessed with children.
